Product description

1. （Printing content）In principle, we will not offer the artwork for client. As label is very important for the product, bearing the customer’s brand image, any serious customer must have well-designed file, so normally pls prepare the file of labels need printing(artwork), and contact information(including company/personal name, tel, address etc.).

Pls noted: file must be outlined in CDR or Ai; if has samples, it will be best to offer the samples of original label.

2. （Label price）: As each customer has different requirement on the label’s shape, size, material and quantity, so there is different price on every different label, you can go to contact our marketing director directly. According to your given detailed requirements: size, color, artwork, material and quantity etc., we will offer an accurate quotation for you. In principle, only the price of label is above the basic setting up cost, can we go to arrange the production.

3. （Lead time）: The adhesive label we printed is customized, need to order material, make the film, printing down, mass production Die cutting and go for quality inspection, normally will need about 3-15 days from place order to arrange the shipment. If you are very urgent with the labels, we can go to discuss and try our best to confirm a satisfied delivery date for you.

4. （Confirmation）: Before the mass production, we will offer the artproof for customer to confirm, once get confirmation, then could continue arranging production.

5. （Payment）: As label has a production cycle, when customer order the labels in our company, before the production, has to pay for 50% deposit, and balance before shipment.

6. （Delivery）：Free delivery covers the pearl river delta region.

（Shipment）：Not delivery area, will arrange the shipment, the freight will be paid by customer.

7. （After-sales service）：Provide perfect after-sales service to ensure customers with good products.
